Once again, Alanis Morisette invites us into her world and shares personal feelings about relationships for another ride on
her emotional roller-coaster. It is apparent that "Under Rug Swept" is not that different from themes explored on previous albums, Former Infatuation Junkie (1998) and multi platinum album "Jagged
Little Pill (1995)." The only difference is that the sound on this one is much more mellow. The previous angst that led her to fame is almost
non-existant.
