Lee Negin - Hungry Ghosts

Negrin is a world travelling sound sculptor who is also a university professor currently residing in South Korea. After a lengthy musical hiatus, he found time to produce this diverse diorama of dystopian electronics that integrates international artistic input. This disparate experimentation into psychedelic cybertronica also incorporates his love of jazz, funk, ambient, and classical music.

Watcha Clan - Rebel Radio

A multicultural band singing multilingual lyrics who has as much in common with Afropop and Balkan brass as with drum’n bass and hip hop. Their aim is to destroy boundaries everywhere with ‘Rebel Radio.’ This visionary musical eclecticism beams brightest when they connect the European and Middle Eastern worlds.

Chopteeth Afrofunk Band - Chopteeth Live

Infectious big band sounds driven by funky Afropop that pays homage and tribute to this ‘70s style mega dance sound. The live recording really shows off the versatility and dimension of the band while compelling the listener to jump up and shake their bootay.

Easy Star All Stars - First Light

Contemporary reggae enunciated with a big active sound and a nice variety within the genre. You may remember Easy Star from their highly success Dub Side versions of Sgt Peppers, Dark Side Of The Moon and Ok Computerhead. Here they show off their own compositions with flair, pizzazz, and determination.

Panjoma - Panjoma: Trixter God

Pulsing through the dimensions of industrial obliqueness, while elsewhere traipsing through a delirious version of synthpop and it’s affectionate afterbirth, affords the room to spend time congealing in the psycho lounge. Currently a trio and formerly ‘Happy Panjoma,’ this Austin outfit is able to ease the rebellious spirits with plush beats and floaty female vocals.

Paper Diamond - Levitate

Paper Diamond is Colorado producer Alex B. While expanding the Pretty Lights empire, this release comes to us without samples but with a funky, spunky flair unique to this release. Spacey synthesizers drive the sweet melodies and catchy grooves. This one has that magic touch.

Strange Arrangements - Polygraph

Effortlessly stringing together progressive elements of jazz, funk, blues, reggae, and psychedellia are what this Chicago jam rock band does so well. Strong main and harmony vocals really shine as the tangy guitar work and zesty rhythms flow through song after song and have the potential to please listeners for years to come.

Tarun Nayar - 22 Degrees of Beatitude

Culminating 10 years of DJ experience and influence have brought us to this multifaceted outpouring. These recording sessions from around the world show off layers of ethnic ambiance, which melt through culture after culture, while spurning a new branch of emotive electronica. Each song is fairly laid back and tells a story which represents a chapter in the artist’s life.
