Working again on Friday nights feels almost new, but so needed. Venturing out to enjoy new music like Indigo Canyon was like a breath of fresh air. The Wisconsin duo of Michelle and Todd took the stage at Kenosha Fusion with a full band to greet us with three sets of music. Harmonies, jams, and improvs filled the room, giving everyone that much needed release.
This band did not disappoint. Jumping between originals and covers gave the audience much to digest. Exchanging instruments even threw me a curveball motivating me to open my camera bag again. With so much music surrounding us on a daily basis, its bands like Indigo Canyon that pave paths to sounds we all so crave.
